Business Analyst - SAP ? Parramatta location NSW Government 6 month initial contract Business Analyst - SAP This role is to elicit, analyse, specify, and validate the business needs of stakeholders within an upcoming project. The position works with both internal and external delivery partners and reports directly to the Project Manager. JOB DESCRIPTION Prepare business requirement documents and functional specifications of self insured functionality in Payroll module, related business processes and solutions Convene and facilitate workshops as necessary to derive required user requirements Assist in the evaluation of proposed system solutions in close liaison with system developers to ensure delivery of solutions is consistent with defined client expectations Prepare system and user acceptance test plans and scripts and oversee testing to ensure delivery of quality systems Review and analyse business processes, re-engineer as necessary to improve efficiency, effectiveness and/or usability using strategic analysis techniques and process models Drive the design, documentation and development of business requirements that support key business, process and software system SELECTION CRITERIA High level experience in undertaking detailed analysis of the business requirements of HR/Payroll and Finance management disciplines within SAP, developing business requirements and functional specifications Demonstrated experience in business process modelling tools and techniques such as BPMN, Visio or System Architect Experience in developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations Proven ability to use industry standard software testing tools and knowledge of testing methodologies Demonstrated organisational, time management and prioritising skills Proven capacity to develop and maintain sound working relationships with project manager, client and other key stakeholders and suppliers Highly developed skills in computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Word, Project, Excel and PowerPoint If the above criteria matches your skill set, please apply today following the prompts.
